Team Work
While tackling a complex algorithmic pipeline, it is often hard to accomplish alone all its requirements, which include implementing a geometric kernel, doing a rigorous paper research, choosing the best available algorithm for each task, implementing it using high quality standards, testing and benchmarking, and finally supporting it throughout multiple business cases.

The most effective approach is to establish a dedicated team, each member focusing on specific tasks. Building a successful team with shared goals, where everyone is committed to contributing their best, is a challenging yet crucial task. In my view, certain values are paramount for a team lead to propagate to the team.

First, fostering mutual trust among team members is essential, acknowledging that each member excels in their designated responsibilities. Second, creating a positive environment that encourages open expression of opinions without judgment is a key.

While this is not an exhaustive list, I consider these values a fundamental foundation for a strong team. Having worked independently, as part of a project-focused team, and mentoring groups, I bring a diverse experience. I am confident in my ability to lead a team of like-minded individuals passionate about geometry, aiming to make a meaningful contribution.
